A Sheep Double Weave Baby Wool Blanket

 This 100% wool baby blanket is ideal for keeping your little ones away from the chill of the winter months. Coming in 65x90cm, it’s a great size for wrapping your baby up in. Moreover, the dimensions are suitable for taking it out and about with you through the day.

Lapaun Kankurit uses responsibly-sourced yarn to produce this product. The most significant part of their operation is based in their weaving mill in Lapua, Finland. It is here, or at their co-owned weaving mill in Lithuania that these blankets are made. For this blanket, the design, development, material sourcing and use of the jacquard machines have been done in their weaving mill in Finland. Furthermore, the sewing, warping and weaving is completed in their partly-owned mill in Lithuania.

This blanket is made from 100% New Zealand wool. Lapaun Kankurit have chosen to use wool that is mulesing free, and they only work with certified spinning mills.  All yarns are spun as well as dyed in Europe according to REACH regulations and fulfil the ÖKO-TEX certificate.

Care Instructions:

Only wash if textile is very dirty, otherwise take textile outdoors in fresh air for a while. Hand wash at max. 30°C or dry clean. If using powder detergent, dissolve it in plenty of water. Immerse the blanket in the water and wash immediately. Squeeze gently. Do not scrub, stretch or wring out. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze out most of the water. Press the blanket between towels until half-dry and leave it to dry in an airy space. Do not tumble dry. Iron with a damp cloth, max. 150°C.
