Postage & Delivery:
All deliveries are made by Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce, depending on the size & weight. All parcels are sent using a signed & tracked service. Please note that if you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately or together size & weight dependent. Once payment is cleared we aim to dispatch parcels within 3-5 working days.
Regarding multiple item orders: It is impossible for us to estimate how your order will pack, what size or weight it will be, therefore we will charge you a flat rate per shipping class. If we are able to combine shipping classes we will & any excess you have paid at checkout we will contact you for a refund or voucher.
We do not want to over charge you for this service & will do our very best to get your parcel to you safely & economically.
Unfortunately at this time we can only deliver within the UK so if you are interested in one or more of our products but reside out with the UK, please get in touch & we can add you to our mailing list should we start to deliver internationally, or organise for a special delivery at an additional cost. This cost will only be what the additional packing & shipping costs amount to, no more.
If you live outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties & taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays & cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Please note that any customised or special orders are non-returnable.
If you would like to return an item then please do so within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

In order for your return requests to be processed we will need to have both the order number & proof of purchase.
Goods can only be returned if unused & in the original packaging. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Refunds will only be granted where item(s) are in perfect condition.
Reimbursement of the full purchase price will be made upon our receipt of the goods at our address.
Please note that several of our products cannot be returned such as kitchen brushes, hair brushes, intimate or sanitary goods, paper goods such as journals & magazines.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will not refund you if you do this.
Once we have received your return & confirmed the condition then we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & whether or not it can be refunded. If the item or goods are approved for refund then we will process your refund to the card that was used at checkout.
We cannot refund any shipping &/ or handling costs & these will be deducted off any amounts refunded. We can only refund the total costs of your items. Any postage costs for returns cannot be refunded.
Sale goods may be returned for a refund within the ’7 day cooling off period’. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items beyond this unless proven faulty upon receipt, sale items can be then only exchanged like for like. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. In the event that your product has sold out and we cannot offer you an exchange we will refund the total amount of the sale item to the card used at checkout.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Processed refunds may take up to 1-2 weeks.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. We take every step to ensure our goods reach you in good condition however if they do not please contact us at info[at]travellingbasket.co.uk
